The location was quite good. That part I cannot deny.

I had some trouble getting the promised wake-up call. It just never came and I almost missed my morning appointment. The room service was slow, too. It took nearly an hour to get a simple order of toast.

i found the location very convenient, especially because it was close to restaurants and public transport. the staff were friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with directions. i had a clean, modern, large room with a spacious bathroom. nearby, i found plenty of cafes and places of interest.

the pillows were not to my liking, they didn't give good support.

the breakfast buffet offered a fantastic selection, i found it quite pleasing. i also appreciated the upgrade to a high floor and the morning view overlooking the hills, it was lovely. all staff were very professional and friendly, this.
